Frog care, written down.
Printable handbooks and logs, 3D files for things that go inside the tank, and videos showing how it all works. Made by one person who keeps frogs, for the people who keep them and the sitters left holding the misting bottle.
Everything digital arrives by email the moment you pay. Nothing ships, so nothing gets lost in the mail.
Printables
Print-ready PDFs. Every file comes in US Letter and A4, in full color and an ink-saver version, so it works on a good printer or a tired one at the library.

Frog Sitter Handbook

3D files
STL files for things that go inside a terrarium, designed around what a frog actually does rather than what looks good on a shelf. Every one is watertight, prints without supports, and comes with the settings I used.

Rowboat water dish
AvailableA shallow clinker-built dinghy for the tank floor. The notch in the transom caps the water depth so it can’t get too deep, and the open stern lets a frog walk in and out instead of climbing. Plank texture is modeled into the hull, and the inside is left smooth because grooves hold biofilm.
- 171 × 121 × 58 mm
- Holds about 250 ml
- No supports needed
- STL plus print notes

Printed rowboat, ready to use
In the worksThe same dish, printed here in matte PETG and shipped to you. For people who want the thing rather than the file.
- Waterproof PETG
- Ships in the US
Before you print one
Use PETG if the dish will hold standing water. Wood-fill PLA looks better but needs sealing, and PLA softens in a warm tank. Print the hull at 0.12 mm layers if you want the plank texture to show, and skip ironing, which flattens it out.
What the license covers
Buying an STL lets you print as many as you like for your own tanks and for friends. It doesn’t cover printing them to sell. If you run a print shop and want to, email me and we’ll work something out.
Videos
Short ones, mostly showing rather than talking. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play, so the page stays quick and nobody gets tracked for scrolling past.

Filling in the handbook
Ten pages, ten minutes, and the two blanks people most often get wrong.
Why the blanks are blank
There is no humidity number printed anywhere in the handbook. That is deliberate, and it is the thing I most want you to understand before you buy.
A White’s tree frog, a Pacman and a dart frog want three different tanks. A care sheet that fills those numbers in for you is guessing about an animal it has never met. So every value in these pages is a line you write on: your species, your setup, your vet. That is also why one handbook works for any frog.
What the pages give you is the structure. The right questions, in the right order, in language a nervous twelve-year-old can follow at eight in the evening when the frog hasn’t eaten.
you fill these in, not me
Made by one person
The frog on the cover is a pencil drawing, and the type is a battered typewriter face. Both were chosen because this is a small shop and it should look like one.
Not veterinary advice
These are organizers, not medicine. If a frog is unwell, an exotics vet is the answer and no printable is. Every file says so on the first page.
Print it however you like
At home, at the library, or at a print shop from a USB stick. Files are sized for both Letter and A4 so it works wherever you are.
A free coloring page
Six frogs to color in, drawn in the same pencil as the logo. Leave your email and I’ll send the PDF, plus a note when something new goes up. A few times a year at most.
No spam, and you can leave any time.
Questions
How do I get the files after paying?
A download link is emailed to you automatically as soon as the payment clears, and the link stays good if you need the file again later. Check the spam folder on the first one.
Can I use the handbook for a frog that isn’t a tree frog?
Yes. Because the care values are blanks you fill in, the same handbook works for a Pacman, a dart frog, a toad, or anything else you keep. If you keep more than one, print a second copy of the two pages that describe an individual animal.
Can I edit the PDFs?
They’re finished print-ready files rather than templates, so the text isn’t editable. The pages are meant to be filled in by hand, which is the point when a sitter needs to scribble a note at the tank.
What do I get with an STL?
The mesh file itself, plus a short notes page with the material, layer height and orientation I use. No slicer profile, because those don’t travel well between machines.
I’m a professional pet sitter. Can I hand these to clients?
The standard license covers printing copies for your own frog and your own sitter. For handing them out across a pet-sitting business, email me and I’ll sort out a commercial license.
Do you take refunds?
Digital files can’t really be returned once they’re delivered. But if something won’t open or prints wrong, email me and I’ll fix it or refund you.
